1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and using Venom Pro, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. You are solely responsible for complying with your local laws regarding online gambling and crypto betting.

3. Account Security

You are entirely responsible for keeping your password and account secure. Venom Pro is not liable for any losses due to compromised accounts.

4. Gameplay & Financial Risks

All bets are final. You acknowledge that crypto prices are volatile and you may lose your entire deposited balance. Venom Pro reserves the right to void suspicious bets.

5. Promotional Bonus & Referrals

Eligible new accounts may receive a 0.50 USDT promotional Bonus Balance. Bonus principal can be used for gameplay but is not directly withdrawable. Profit generated from Bonus Balance remains locked until the account completes at least one confirmed deposit of 1.00 USDT or more. After that requirement is completed, eligible locked bonus winnings are transferred to Cash Balance. Referral rewards are credited only after the referred account completes a qualifying confirmed deposit and passes anti-abuse checks. Self-referrals, duplicate-account activity, or reuse of the same qualifying wallet/device may cause a reward to be withheld or reviewed.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

The minimum credited deposit is 1.00 USDT and the minimum withdrawal request is 10.00 USDT. Supported deposit methods are those currently displayed on the Deposit page. Payments made in another supported currency are converted to USDT using the rate displayed when the request is submitted. A user must complete at least one confirmed deposit of 1.00 USDT or more before withdrawals are enabled. Only Cash Balance is withdrawable; Bonus Balance is not directly withdrawable.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use the platform for money laundering, fraud, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or any illegal activities. We reserve the right to freeze accounts and review suspicious activity.

8. Liability Waiver

Venom Pro is provided "as is". We are not responsible for any financial loss, technical glitches, or network errors beyond our direct control.

9. Third-party sign-in

You may create or access an account using supported third-party identity providers such as Google, Telegram, or VK ID. You are responsible for maintaining access to the provider account. A third-party identity may be linked to only one Venom Pro account, and security checks may require confirmation before an existing account is linked.
